- Plan production activities according to customer orders, delivery schedules, and available resources.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., purchase, quality) to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Monitor and control material requirements, inventory levels, and equipment utilization.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning & Control or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech degree in Computers or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
- Solid understanding of PPC principles, including capacity planning, controlling, dispatch scheduling, inventory management, material requirement planning (MRP), production planning control (PPC).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting.
