Required:

- Publish current and updated Power BI reports to the Power BI Service following defined naming, security and documentation standards.
- Have experience in SQL and data modelling , DAX and Power Query (M)
- Conduct pre-release validation including data refresh, visual integrity, access rights and sign-off in collaboration with data owners.
- Coordinate scheduled releases and hot-fixes with the development and BI team, tracking version numbers and deployment timelines.
- Log, assess and prioritize minor change requests including visual changes, filter additions and layout adjustments,



and ensure timely implementation.
- Perform routine health checks including data refresh status, performance metrics and usage analytics, and raise alerts for anomalies.
- Maintain a catalogue of dashboards, metadata and change logs to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the first line of contact for dashboard users by troubleshooting access issues, answering functional queries and providing guidance on self-service features.
- Produce and update user guides.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders, analyze usage patterns and propose enhancements to improve usability, performance and data quality.
