Role Objective: To coordinate raw brass material flows, machining tooling, foundry resources, and labor schedules to optimize the manufacturing of brass bearing cages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capacity Planning: Manage work orders for heavy brass-cutting machinery, CNC mills, stamping, and riveting stations to ensure zero downtime.
- Material Resource Planning : Optimize inventory levels of raw brass bars, tubes, and scrap reclamation.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify process bottlenecks in the brass foundry or machining lines to minimize material waste.
- Lead-Time Tracking: Ensure the brass cages are completed exactly in sync with the bearing rolling-element assembly lines.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
