Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain business applications using Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Design and implement Power Automate Cloud Flows using appropriate triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, connectors, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Develop automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) for repetitive, rule-based, and desktop application processes.
- Design and manage data solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, columns, views, forms, business rules, and security.
- Build integrations between Power Platform solutions and SharePoint and SQL databases for data retrieval, processing, and synchronization.
- Develop end-to-end business automation solutions by combining Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL.
- Implement AI and intelligent automation capabilities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Use AI Builder capabilities such as Form Processing, Prediction, and Text Recognition to develop intelligent business solutions.
- Develop solutions for OCR, document processing, document classification, data extraction, and automated validation.
- Implement AI-driven decision logic within Power Automate workflows and Power Apps to automate business decisions and reduce manual intervention.
- Apply knowledge of Generative AI and Cognitive Services to identify and implement suitable AI-based automation use cases.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and PAD automations.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and custom connectors.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams,



and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
- Follow Power Platform development standards, security practices, governance guidelines, and deployment processes.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, particularly with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Good experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate Cloud Flows, including triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, connectors, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and desktop automation.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, tables, relationships, views, forms, business rules, and security.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and SQL databases.
- Experience in developing end-to-end business process automation solutions.
- Hands-on or working knowledge of AI Builder, including Form Processing, Prediction, and Text Recognition.
- Experience with OCR, document processing, document extraction, and data classification.
- Understanding of AI-driven decision-making and intelligent automation.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Cognitive Services and their application in business automation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and custom connectors will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, or scripting will be an added advantage.
- Valuable understanding of application testing, debugging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and convert business requirements into technical solutions.
