Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Power Platform Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Build and maintain workflows, approvals, and business process automations using Power Automate.
- Design and work with Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and data models.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Design and implement integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, SQL, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other data sources.
- Develop and enhance solutions involving ServiceNow workflows, automation, integrations, scripting, or reporting.
- Implement Power Platform best practices around security, governance, environments, ALM, and CI/CD.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.




- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, and security.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise applications using REST APIs, custom connectors, SQL, SharePoint, Azure, or Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Power Fx and development best practices.
- Experience with ALM, solution deployment, security, and governance.

Preferred Skills :

- ServiceNow development or integration experience.
- Experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agents, or AI-enabled automation.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in automotive, manufacturing, or complex enterprise environments.
