- Manage daily hatchery work.

- Check egg receiving and egg quality.

- Properly store and handle hatching eggs.

- Monitor incubator and hatcher machines.

- Check temperature and humidity regularly.

- Plan and monitor egg setting and transfer.

- Check hatchability and hatch percentage.

- Check chick quality after hatching.

- Arrange chick vaccination and processing.

- Maintain proper hatchery cleaning and hygiene.

- Follow biosecurity rules.

- Manage hatchery workers and allocate daily work.

- Check staff attendance and work.

- Maintain daily hatchery records and reports.

- Check machine problems and inform the maintenance team.

- Maintain proper chick counting and dispatch.

- Coordinate with breeder farm and chick dispatch teams.

- Check egg breakout and identify hatch problems.

- Reduce egg breakage, contamination and chick mortality.

- Submit daily hatchery report to management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
