About the job:

We are looking for Portfolio Analyst - Project & Financial Performance experienced in analysing and monitoring project portfolio performance across financial, schedule, quality, and operational KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve delivery and profitability.

What you will be doing:

- Track and analyze portfolio KPIs including profitability and trends, schedule variance/overruns, cost variance, quality metrics (defect trends, leakage), and operational metrics (resource utilization, delivery efficiency).
- Identify metrics that represent operational efficiency and create mechanisms to collect data to measure operational efficiency index for each portfolio.
- Prepare monthly portfolio reports and executive dashboards highlighting profitability trends, Variance analysis root causes and corrective actions, by partnering with directors and managers in the portfolio.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in project financials and delivery metrics.
- Partner with Project Managers, Directors, Quality, and Finance teams to improve data accuracy and portfolio health.
- Support continuous improvement of project performance and financial reporting processes.

What we are looking for:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance,



Management, Operations, or a related field.
- MBA / PGDM (Finance, Operations, or Analytics) is a plus.
- 1015 years of total experience with 5+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, PMO, project financials, or delivery analytics, preferably in IT / technology services environments.
- Hands-on experience with KPI tracking, Operational efficiency tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting is essential.
