Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PLM Windchill Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for PLM Windchill environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windchill administration, product data management, change management processes, workflow support, user issue resolution, and CAD integration. This role focuses on supporting business users and ensuring smooth PLM operations rather than product design activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for PLM Windchill applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Parts, Documents, WTParts, CAD Documents, and Product Structures.

- Support Engineering Change Management processes including Change Requests (CR), Change Notices (CN), and Problem Reports.

- Manage and monitor workflows, lifecycle states, promotion requests, and approvals.

- Perform user administration, role management, access control, and security configurations.

- Support CAD integrations with Creo and related engineering applications.

- Create and maintain product structures, EBOM, MBOM, and configuration management activities.

- Analyze application logs and investigate production issues.

- Coordinate with business users, engineering teams, and development teams for issue resolution.

- Support data migration, system upgrades, patches, and release activities.

- Prepare knowledge articles, support documentation, and training materials.





- Monitor system performance and ensure PLM application availability.

- Exposure to Teamcenter support is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

- PLM/Windchill certifications preferred.
