- Drive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for productivity, cost, efficiency, and performance targets.

- Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.

- Oversee production operations, workflow optimization, and target achievement.

- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.
