Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Aluminium Wire Rod plant operations, including production, quality and delivery.

- Oversee casting, rolling, process efficiency and yield improvement.

- Ensure safety, quality, ISO/QMS and environmental compliance.

- Manage production planning, maintenance, machine uptime and raw material planning.

- Lead hiring, training and performance management of plant teams.

- Drive cost reduction, process optimization and waste minimization.

- Coordinate with Quality, Procurement, Sales and Corporate teams.

- Prepare operational reports and ensure statutory compliance.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors/Diploma in Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 8–10 years of experience in Aluminium manufacturing,



with Plant Manager/Senior Plant Leadership experience specifically in Aluminium Wire Rod manufacturing.

- Mandatory experience in Continuous Casting & Rolling (CCR) lines.

- Strong knowledge of Aluminium Alloys – 1XXX, 6XXX & 8XXX series.

- Solid understanding of casting, rolling, plant machinery and production planning.

- Experience in team management, hiring and training.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Experience managing a plant of comparable scale/output.
