Position Title: Plant Operations

- Experience:5 to 10 Years

- Location: Kesda Village, Raipur - Chattishgarh

- Education:Graduate, Preferred: BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Objective To support and drive daily operations at the Industrial Waste Management (IWM) Project at Kesda, Raipur Site. The role focuses on executing operational plans, maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance, tracking KPIs, and assisting in the continuous improvement of waste management services under the guidance of the Project Head.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations &
- KPI Tracking: Assist in day-to-day plant operations to meet budgeted operational targets and defined project KPIs.

- Safety &

- Compliance: Ensure strict, ground-level adherence to safety standards; identify potential hazards and drive the timely closure of safety actions.

- Regulatory Adherence: Monitor and execute compliance activities related to the transportation, handling, treatment, and disposal of industrial waste in accordance with applicable environmental legislation.

- Data Analysis &

- Reporting: Collect, compile, and analyze daily operational data and statistics to help optimize plant performance. Prepare routine reports for the Project Head and Corporate Office.

- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of new waste disposal and treatment schemes, and monitor the efficiency and quality of ongoing waste management services.





- Vendor &

- Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and tracking of service delivery against contracts.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, in office personnel, and immediate stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

- Industrial Waste Management: Sound knowledge of industrial waste handling practices, environmental processes, and treatment technologies.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with statutory environmental regulations and safety standards (PCB norms, hazardous waste management rules).

- Analytics: Proficiency in data collection, Excel/data analysis tools, and operational tracking.
