As the Plant Head

, you will lead and manage the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. You will direct production, quality assurance, supply chain, environmental health & safety (EHS), maintenance, continuous improvement, and plant human resources. In this role, you will drive operational excellence, enforce safety compliance, optimize production yields, control operating costs, and deliver top-quality products on schedule.

Key Responsibilities 1. Operations &

- Production Management ● Direct daily plant operations to achieve production targets on time, within budget, and to standard. ● Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), scrap rates, machine downtime, and unit costs. ● Execute capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimizations to meet changing market demands.

- Budget Control ● Prepare and execute the annual plant operating budget (OpEx &
- CapEx). ● Track expenses, launch cost-saving initiatives, and eliminate operational waste across all manufacturing lines. ● Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects for equipment upgrades, automation, and capacity expansion. 3.

Improvement &

• Operational Excellence ● Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma,



and TPM methodologies. ● Shorten production cycles, eliminate idle time, and optimize shop-floor efficiency.
- Quality &
- Compliance ● Collaborate with the Quality team to enforce standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949). ● Enforce compliance with health, environmental, and safety regulations, local labor laws, and factory codes.
- Team Leadership &
- Industrial Relations (IR) ● Build and mentor a strong leadership team across Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain. ● Maintain productive Industrial Relations (IR), foster a positive work culture, and manage labor relations effectively. ● Drive team training, skill development, and performance evaluations across all plant shifts.

Experience &

• Core Competencies ●

Leadership Experience: 15+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, including 5–7 years leading full facility operations as a Plant Head or Operations Manager.

● Technical Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Lean/Six Sigma practices, ERP software (SAP, Oracle), and plant automation tools. ● Leadership Capabilities: Strong strategic vision, conflict management skills, decision-making abilities, and crisis management expertise.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
