We are looking for an experienced Plant Controller to lead plant-level Finance & Controlling activities. The role will be responsible for plant budgeting, financial planning, accounting operations, reporting, cost analysis, internal controls, and providing financial insights to plant leadership.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage plant finance, accounting and controlling activities.
- Handle AP, AR, GL, billing, inventory and cost accounting.
- Lead month-end closing, financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
- Monitor plant costs and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure financial controls.
- Work with Plant Manager and senior management on business performance.





Preferred candidate profile

- CA / ICWA qualified professional.
- 810 years of experience in Plant Finance / Manufacturing Finance & Controlling.
- Robust experience in Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Financial Reporting.
- Hands-on experience in Inventory Accounting, Variance Analysis and Internal Controls.
- Experience in SAP/ERP environment preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Candidates from manufacturing/industrial companies preferred.
