Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Job Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience exclusively in project planning, scheduling, estimation and coordination.
- Solid experience in planning and monitoring residential and commercial construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project planning methodologies, construction schedules site coordination and resource planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 or other latest project planning software is essential., & Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and other relevant construction/project management software.
- Knowledge of the latest AI tools and technology for project planning, reporting and analysis will be an advantage.
- Strong & efficient communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed project schedules, baseline programmers and execution plans.
- Develop and monitor Weekly, monthly and overall project schedules.




- Track actual progress against planned progress and identify delays or deviations.
- Prepare S-curves, progress reports, look-ahead schedules and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors and other stakeholders.
- Assist in estimation, quantity analysis and resource planning.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements against project schedules.
- Identify critical activities and prepare recovery plans wherever required.
- Analyse project delays and provide timely inputs for corrective actions.
- Maintain proper planning documentation and project records.
- Ensure effective coordination between planning, execution, procurement and billing teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
