Role & responsibilities

Pipe Stress Manager, Plant Engineering, this is a senior technical leadership role, not just a hands-on Pipe Stress Engineer.

You need a 15–18 year experienced Pipe Stress qualified who can independently lead the complete stress engineering function for large plant projects.

The person should be strong in:

Pipe Stress Analysis – static + dynamic

CAESAR II / AutoPIPE

Nozzle analysis – NozzlePRO, WRC 107/297

Pipe supports – spring hangers, snubbers, expansion joints

Piping connected to rotating/static equipment

ASME B31.3, B31.1, Section VIII

Refineries / Petrochemicals / Oil & Gas / Power / Water projects

Cross-country and buried pipelines

Reviewing calculations, stress reports and critical lines

Team leadership + client interaction
