We are looking for an experienced PIM Functional Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Syndigo PIM. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end PIM activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, data governance and implementation.

The role requires a strong understanding of Product Information Management, retail/eCommerce catalog management, product data governance and system integrations. The consultant will work closely with both business and technology teams to ensure accurate, governed and omnichannel-ready product information.

Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Consulting

- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand product data requirements.
- Define product data taxonomy, attributes and enrichment workflows.
- Design governance models, approval processes and compliance standards.
- Prepare functional specifications and validate solutions against business KPIs.
- Support data quality, enrichment velocity and omnichannel product readiness.

Technical Consulting
- Configure and implement Syndigo PIM data models and workflows.
- Design and validate integrations with ERP, DAM, eCommerce and planning systems.
- Work with REST, SOAP and event-driven integration patterns.
- Support Dev, QA and Production environments.
- Guide CI/CD pipelines for PIM configurations.
- Support performance tuning, data migration planning and troubleshooting.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for PIM-related business and technical requirements.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers and other technology teams.
- Provide training and enablement to product enrichment teams and authors.

Required Functional Skills
- Solid understanding of the product data lifecycle.
- Expertise in taxonomy design, attribute schema and data governance.
- Strong knowledge of Retail, eCommerce and catalog management.
- Understanding of SEO and omnichannel product readiness.
- Experience with business process mapping and functional specifications.

Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Syndigo PIM.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations and workflow automation.
- Experience with data migration strategies.
- Understanding of microservices and BFF architecture.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting.
- Experience with Git/version control.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates should have strong experience working across both functional and technical PIM requirements and should be comfortable acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
