- Perform Phaco cataract surgeries independently
- Conduct pre-operative assessment of cataract patients
- Diagnose and manage ophthalmic conditions
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations
- Provide post-operative care and follow-up
- Manage OPD ophthalmology patients
- Counsel patients regarding surgical procedures and eye care
- Maintain accurate clinical records and surgical documentation

- Strong Phaco Cataract Surgery skills
- Cataract evaluation and management
- Comprehensive ophthalmic examination
- Pre-operative & post-operative patient care
- Surgical decision-making
- Good patient counseling and communication

? Eligibility Criteria

- MBBS + MS / DNB / MD Ophthalmology
- Phaco Surgery experience preferred/required
- Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
- Relevant ophthalmology surgical experience preferred
