And we’re looking for a Pet Relationship Manager (PRM) who can become the heart of our clinic experience.

What you’ll do

- Own the pet parent experience from hello to goodbye
- Coordinate appointments with Vets & Groomers
- Handle queries and build strong relationships
- Drive consultative selling, cross-selling & upselling
- Manage products, merchandising & clinic experience
- Keep day-to-day clinic operations running smoothly
- Create an experience that makes pet parents say, “We’re coming back!”

We’re looking for:
- 1+ year in retail / customer-facing
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills




- Strong interest in consultative sales
- Pet parenting experience is preferred
- Pet/healthcare/clinic experience = bonus

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
