Who I am

I'm the COO of Atomik Growth. We make media for Silicon Valley, working with companies like a16z, Google DeepMind and more. Outside work, I'm involved with a few philanthropies.

What you'll do

- You'll own my calendar and inbox: You decide what reaches me, what can wait, and what you just handle.
- You'll plan my travel: flights, hotels, visas.
- You'll be the link between me and the people I work with: my team, clients, lawyers, charities and accountants.
- You'll look after the personal side of my life: shopping, deliveries, appointments, reservations, the house, vendors and events.
- You'll support my philanthropic work from start to finish .
- Before important meetings, you'll give me a full brief: who I'm meeting, what matters and what needs doing.
- You'll also solve problems that come with no instructions: "My visa needs renewing and I leave in 7 days" should come back to me as a plan, not a question. A lot of the job looks like this.

Who you are





- You're reachable 7 days a week. I work 14 to 16 hour days, every day, and I hold myself to a high standard. I'll ask the same of you, and I'll be fair about it.
- You have taste, and you learn mine. I'm particular. Gaudy doesn't work, and neither does "close enough."
- You're organized.
- You write well. You'll write to CEOs and large companies in my name, so every message has to be short, transparent and correct. When you write for me, you are me.
- You're resourceful. When you hit a wall, you look for a door before coming to me. When you do come to me, it sounds like this: " Vihaan, here's the problem. Here's what I think we should do. If that doesn't work, here's plan B. "
- You're discreet .
- You have judgment. You know what needs my yes and what you should just get done.
- If I spot a problem before you do, you're already a step behind.
