We're hiring a

Performance Marketing Specialist – Amazon Ads & E-commerce to own end-to-end growth for our D2C and marketplace brands, with Amazon as the primary focus.

What you'll do:

- Plan, run, and scale Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)

- Own keyword research, bid optimization, campaign structuring, and negative keywords

- Optimize listings — titles, bullets, images, A+ Content, storefronts

- Drive organic ranking, conversion rate, and ASIN-level performance

- Manage ACOS/TACOS/ROAS and overall marketplace profitability

- Track performance across Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart and report to clients

- Basic support on Meta/Google for retargeting when needed

What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years in Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing / E-commerce

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)

- Proven track record managing PPC budgets and improving ACOS/ROAS

- D2C/e-commerce brand experience required

- Strong analytical and client-facing skills
