Truva is building a new-age real estate experience, making the home resale journey honest, joyful, and quick. As we scale, were looking for a Performance Marketing professional who can own paid growth and turn campaigns into measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms to drive qualified leads and business growth.

- Track campaign performance daily, managing budgets, dashboards, pixels, and conversion tracking.

- Analyze campaign data and turn numbers into clear insights and actionable next steps.

- Test and optimize audiences, creatives, messaging, and campaigns to improve CAC, conversions, and ROI.

- Work closely with Creative, Growth, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and overall campaign performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.

- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, and conversion tracking.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign metrics to business outcomes.

- Someone who is hands-on, curious, fast-moving, and comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment.
