We are looking for an experienced and passionate Performance Marketing Faculty/Trainer to train students in practical and industry-relevant digital advertising skills.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing and be able to explain concepts clearly through practical examples, demonstrations, and real-world campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on Performance Marketing for students. Teach Meta Ads and Google Ads Snap chat ads , Tiktok ads Explain campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, optimization, and reporting.

Provide practical, hands-on training using real-world examples.

Teach students how to analyze campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Guide students through campaign planning and optimization techniques.

Prepare training materials, assignments, and practical exercises.

Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback.





- Stay updated with the latest advertising platforms, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads. Previous experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or student guidance is preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.

Good understanding of campaign metrics, optimization, targeting, and reporting.

Salary

starting from 25k, based on experience and expertise. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
