Turn insights into action and action into growth
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, experience managing advertising budgets, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through data analysis, relentless A/B testing, and campaign refinement.
This role requires someone who can combine creativity with data to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Other relevant performance channels
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve performance and efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation of spend.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Drive qualified lead generation through paid channels.
- Improve conversion rates across landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy,
audiences, and landing pages.
- Work closely with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance metrics including:
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- Conversion Rates
- Build and maintain performance dashboards.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Audience & Funnel Strategy
- Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Create and optimize customer acquisition funnels.
- Analyse user behaviour and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing Automation & Tracking
- Implement and maintain tracking using:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion APIs
- CRM integrations
- Ensure accurate attribution and campaign measurement.
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 2-6 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing attribution.
- Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Experience running campaigns for B2B services, SaaS, startups, or agencies.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
- Self-starter with a bias for ownership and accountability
How Success is Measured
- Campaign ROI and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Lead volume, quality, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Establish reliable tracking and reporting systems.
- Month-on-month improvement in campaign performance
- Timely and accurate delivery of performance reports
- Create a repeatable framework for scaling marketing campaigns.
