Role Description The Performance Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this position, the individual will oversee campaign performance across digital channels, analyze key metrics, and ensure that marketing activities are aligned with client goals and budget parameters.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance dashboards, preparing performance reports, coordinating with internal teams on optimization strategies, and conducting reviews to identify areas for improvement. The role also involves providing performance-related training and guidance to team members, collaborating with account managers on client communication, and supporting strategic planning to drive measurable results.

Qualifications





- Campaign management: Creating and overseeing acquisition campaigns across various channels
- Data-driven optimization: Continuous analysis and optimization of campaign performance
- Issue identification: Identifying and resolving marketing performance issues
- Effective communication: Developing reporting and visualization dashboards
- Setting KPIs: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaboration: Working closely with creative and marketing teams
- ROI enhancement: Delivering measurable improvements in ROI and reducing cost per conversion
- Analytical proficiency: Excel in data-driven decision-making
- Paid advertising expertise: Maximizing visibility, engagement, and conversions
- SEO and SEM knowledge: Ensuring content and ads are easily discoverable
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO): Excelling in converting traffic into valuable leads or sales
