Shift Timings: Gen Shift (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM IST)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Developer responsible for developing, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting PeopleSoft applications. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in PeopleTools and PeopleSoft development, with the ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools.
- Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
- Work on PeopleSoft pages, components, records, SQL, and Application Designer.
- Develop and maintain SQR, BI Publisher, and PeopleSoft reports.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, code review, and deployment activities.
- Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches,



and application enhancements.
- Work with functional consultants to resolve technical and integration issues.
- Prepare technical documentation for customizations and solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience with PeopleSoft development and PeopleTools.
- Proficiency in PeopleCode and Application Designer.
- Experience with Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
- Strong SQL/Oracle database knowledge.
- Experience with SQR and/or BI Publisher.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft integration and web services.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrades, migrations, and PUM images.
- Experience working in an Agile/production support environment
