Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled PEGA UI Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces within the PEGA platform. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in PEGA UI development, along with advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end design principles.

Note: This position is focused on UI development and is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily aligned with PEGA SSA (Senior System Architect) roles without significant hands-on UI expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive user interfaces using PEGA UI frameworks.
- Customize PEGA portals, harnesses, sections, and user interaction components.
- Enhance user experience by implementing up-to-date UI/UX best practices.
- Develop reusable UI components and maintain design consistency across applications.
- Work extensively on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end customizations within PEGA.
- Integrate PEGA applications with external systems and UI frameworks when required.
- Optimize application performance and improve UI responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners to understand UI requirements.




- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Troubleshoot UI-related issues and implement effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills

PEGA

- Strong hands-on experience in PEGA development.
- Experience with PEGA UI architecture and user interface customization.
- Knowledge of Harnesses, Sections, Skin Rules, Portals, and User Views.
- Experience with PEGA Infinity platform.

Front-End Development

- Advanced knowledge of:

- HTML5

- CSS3

- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience in UI performance optimization.

UI/UX

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience implementing responsive and accessible designs.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Constellation UI.
- Exposure to DX APIs and headless UI implementations.
- Knowledge of React.js integration with PEGA.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- PEGA CSA/CSSA/SSA certification preferred.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune Experience: 6 to 8 years

Work Mode: Work from Office, in a month can avail 5 days of WFH
