Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using Pega Development tools such as CSSA.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data integrity, and user experience.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Requirements :

- 3.1-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Pega development.

- Proficiency in CSSA certified skills with hands-on experience developing complex business rules using Pega Platform.

- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) for project management and collaboration.

- Experience working with large datasets, integrating multiple systems, and ensuring data integrity.
