About the Role

Seeking a PCB Design Engineer with 2+ years of experience in high-speed, multilayer, and mixed-signal

PCB design. The role requires strong expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro, along with hands-

on experience in signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, and prototype validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop multilayer PCBs (10+ layers) using Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro.
- Convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts with proper placement and routing.
- Design high-speed and mixed-signal PCBs with focus on SI, PI, impedance control, and thermal

management.
- Implement DFM/DFT practices and perform DRC checks.
- Design and debug high-speed interfaces: HDMI, USB, Ethernet, LVDS, DDR, PCIe.
- Ensure EMI/EMC compliance through grounding, shielding, and filtering techniques.
- Support prototype build, bring-up, testing,



and debugging using lab instruments.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, design documents, and revision control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support PCB vendors/EMS partners.
- Perform failure analysis, RCA, and CAPA for design issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and review PCB designs.

Job Requirement:
- B.Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

Experience:
- Total 6+ years of relevant experience required in PCB designing
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro.
- Strong experience in multilayer, high-speed PCB design.
- Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Hands-on experience with signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC.
- Familiarity with interfaces: RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, SPI, I2C, CAN.
- Experience with DDR, SRAM, NAND/NOR Flash memory interfaces.
- Knowledge of wireless standards: Bluetooth, Zigbee, WLAN, LoRa.
- Proficiency in high-speed routing and differential pair routing.
- Experience with IPC standards, BOM preparation, and component selection.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
