JOB DESCRIPTIONPCB Technician – LED Panel Department: Production / Repair & Service Designation: PCB Technician Industry: LED Display / LED Panel Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full time Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and responsible PCB Technician to handle testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of PCBs used in LED panels and LED display systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electronic components, soldering, PCB testing, and fault identification. Key ResponsibilitiesTest and inspect LED panel PCBs and electronic components.

Identify PCB faults using a multimeter and other testing equipment . Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components. Replace damaged components such as ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, connectors, and other components .

Troubleshoot issues related to LED modules, HUB cards, receiving cards, power circuits, and signal connections . Check PCB tracks, connectors, solder joints, and component connections. Repair and rework defective PCBs according to company standards.

Perform functional testing after PCB repair. Maintain proper records of repaired and rejected PCBs. Coordinate with the production and repair team to resolve technical issues. Follow quality, safety,



and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures .

Ensure repaired PCBs meet the required quality standards before sending them for further production or installation.

Required

SkillsBasic knowledge of electronics and PCB circuits . Good soldering and desoldering skills. Knowledge of LED display/panel PCB systems . Ability to identify electronic components. Knowledge of using a multimeter, soldering iron, and testing tools . Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding ability. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational

QualificationITI – Electronics / Electrical / Electronic Mechanic Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Preferred

ExperienceExperience in LED display, LED panel, PCB repair, electronics repair, or electronic manufacturing will be an advantage.
