Payroll Executive / Payroll Specialist

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Executive / Payroll Specialist with 1+ years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate will be responsible for monthly payroll execution, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), payroll reconciliation, Full & Final settlements, MIS reporting, and resolving employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end monthly payroll.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus).
- Handle payroll inputs, reconciliations, and Full & Final settlements.
- Prepare payroll MIS reports and payroll-related documentation.
- Resolve employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR & Finance.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or Business Administration.
- 1+ years of payroll experience, preferably in an IT/ITES organization.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws.
- Experience with HRMS/Payroll tools (Workday, SAP, ADP, Oracle, etc.) is preferred.
- Robust Excel, analytical, and communication skills.
