- PASTEURIZATION TECHNICIAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PASTEURIZATION / PROCESSING PLANT

- Looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians with hands-on experience in dairy, milk processing, or similar food processing plants, particularly in pasteurization and thermal processing systems.

- The selected candidates will support the operation and maintenance of equipment for our Liquid Egg Processing Project.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of production and processing equipment.

- Maintain and troubleshoot pasteurization, heating, cooling, and evaporation systems.

- Maintain heat exchangers, pumps, valves, pipelines, tanks, and related process equipment.

- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults in production lines.

- Support maintenance of CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) systems and hygienic processing equipment.

- Perform routine inspections and identify equipment issues before breakdowns occur.

- Support installation,



commissioning, and maintenance of processing equipment.

- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently and minimize production downtime.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and maintenance procedures.

- Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.

- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a dairy, milk processing, pasteurization, or similar food processing plant.

- Hands-on experience with pasteurizers, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, heating, cooling, and evaporation systems.

- Experience with CIP systems is preferred.

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair production/process equipment.

- Experience in liquid food processing plants will be highly preferred.
