- Manage spare parts inventory and daily parts operations for SANY excavators.

- Handle parts enquiries, quotations, sales orders, billing, invoicing, and dispatch.

- Ensure accurate part number, quantity, pricing, tax, and invoice details.

- Coordinate with customers, Service, and Accounts

- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of required spare parts.

- Issue parts to customers and service engineers based on approved requirements.

- Maintain records of parts receipts, issues, sales, returns, warranty parts, and billing.

- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with Accounts for outstanding invoices.

- Conduct stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Prepare parts sales, billing, stock, and inventory reports.

- Ensure timely availability and delivery of parts for customer and service requirements.

- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma, tally preferable, computer knowledge mandatory

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
