- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely parts support and service.
- Maintain parts availability, stock and demand records and ensure optimum inventory.
- Forecast and plan monthly retail sales of parts and lubricants.
- Achieve the assigned parts & lubricants sales targets for the branch.
- Monitor and maintain customer credit policy and outstanding payments.
- Develop parts business from beyond-warranty machine/equipment customers.
- Promote and sell parts, attachments and related products.
- Plan and participate in customer contact programmes, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure monthly parts order placement and maintain proper order discipline.
- Coordinate with the sales, service and other departments to improve parts business and customer support.
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in construction equipment, automobile parts, heavy equipment or similar industries will be preferred. Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
