We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Faculty to conduct part-time classes for students pursuing Human Resource Management and related programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging online and offline classes.
- Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and learning materials.
- Teach HR and related management subjects.
- Conduct assignments, activities, and assessments.
- Clarify students' academic doubts and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain an interactive and skilled learning environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Candidates with a Degree, Master's Degree, Diploma, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management / HR / Business Management or a related field can apply.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Teaching, training, or industry experience in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students.
- Good command of English and Malayalam is preferred.
Work Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible working hours based on batch requirements.
- Classes may be conducted on weekdays or weekends.
