We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate HR Faculty to join our academic team on a part-time basis. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and engaging HR training and helping students develop a strong understanding of Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical sessions on Human Resource Management.
- Teach topics including HRM, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Labour Laws.
- Explain HR concepts using practical examples, case studies, and real-world scenarios.
- Prepare presentations, study materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in projects, presentations, interview preparation, and career development.
- Provide practical insights based on current HR industry practices.
- Maintain student attendance and basic academic records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR industry or teaching/training experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to make classes interactive and practical.
- Candidates with both HR industry and teaching experience will be preferred.
