We are looking for a Part-Time HR / HR Recruiter to support our company in hiring and recruitment activities.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable candidates for various job openings.
- Post job vacancies and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and conduct initial telephonic screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and company management.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Understand the company's manpower requirements and help close vacancies within the required timeline.
- Assist management with other basic HR and recruitment-related activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently source and shortlist candidates.
- Familiarity with Indeed and other job portals.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience in industrial/manufacturing recruitment will be preferred.
Working Arrangement This is a Part-Time HR position, suitable for an experienced HR professional or recruiter who can manage recruitment activities on a part-time basis.
