We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packing Executive for our toy manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that toys are packed correctly as per SKU, quantity, packaging specifications, quality standards, and dispatch requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out packing of toys as per approved packing instructions and product specifications.
- Ensure correct SKU, model, colour, size, and quantity are packed in each box.
- Check that all required toy accessories, components, manuals, stickers, labels, and packaging items are included.
- Inspect toys and packaging for visible defects, damage, scratches, missing parts, or incorrect assembly before packing.
- Ensure proper use of inner boxes, polybags, blister packs, cartons, tapes, labels, and other packing materials.
- Verify product labels, barcode, batch/lot number, MRP, manufacturing details, and other required information before final packing.
- Perform quantity counting and ensure there is no shortage or excess quantity in boxes.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth packing and timely dispatch.
- Inform the department head immediately about defective products, shortage of components, incorrect labels,



or packing material issues.
- Ensure proper sealing and stacking of finished cartons to avoid product damage during storage and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the packing area.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Minimize packing material wastage and maintain proper utilization of materials.
- Assist in stock checking and reconciliation of packing materials when required.
- Achieve daily packing targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma/Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in toy manufacturing, packaging, production, or warehouse operations.
- Good understanding of product counting, labeling, and packing processes.
- Good attention to detail, especially for SKU, colour, model, accessories, and quantity.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work according to daily production and dispatch targets.
