Job Purpose
Own and execute the Digital Risk Management strategy, formulating a governance framework to address risks in digital products, services, and processes. Collaborate with Digital Banking, IT, and Information Security teams to mitigate risks inherent in the digital enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Compliance
Provide guidance and direction to IT, Digital, and ISG teams on technical practices and initiatives; Support and advise business stakeholders on digital risk management; Act as custodian of IT & Digital Risk Management policies and processes, ensuring timely reviews and adherence; Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective relationships and lead special projects.
Digital Risk management framework
Track regulatory changes and coordinate with departments to ensure compliance; Identify updates required in the IT & Digital Risk Management framework based on regulatory mandates; Implement processes to monitor and report digital risk metrics, ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory compliance; Participate in partner diligence to identify risks and validate onboarding processes as per the framework.
Education:
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (BE/B Tech); Master’s in Technology/Science/Business Administration (MTech/MS/MBA).
Certifications:
Risk Management, Data Privacy, Cloud Governance.
Key Competencies
Risk management, digital technologies in BFSI, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, data privacy.
