Captain – Dark Store Operations Designation: Captain Department: Operations Job Responsibilities • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards during operations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.
- Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory count activities.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline and operational excellence within the dark store. Eligibility • 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic reading and mobile handling skills preferred.

Salary Range ■15,000 – ■22,000 per month (depending on experience and location) plus incentives and attendance benefits.
