Key Responsibilities

- Order Receipt & Entry

- Receive orders from customers, sales team and B2B buyers; verify design code, metal, karat, colour, size,

weight, stone details and delivery date.

- Enter orders into the ERP/order system and generate order numbers.

Design

Assortment

- Sort and group orders by design, metal type, karat, colour (yellow/white/rose) and size to plan casting

batches.

- Prepare assortment lists so waxes can be efficiently treed, minimising metal wastage and casting cycles.

- Identify repeat, urgent and priority orders and plan them accordingly.

- Flag missing information, design mismatches or feasibility issues to management before production starts.

- Processing to Casting Department

- Issue orders, waxes/models and job details to the casting department with correct metal requirement and

estimated weights.





- Coordinate with the wax/mould section for rubber moulds and wax injection for repeat designs.

- Ensure proper issue/receipt documentation and metal weight records between departments.

- Track casting output, rejections and re-casts; resolve shortfalls quickly.

- Follow-up & Order Tracking

- Share daily order status and pending reports with management.

- Follow up with department heads and karigars on delays; escalate at-risk orders early.

- Handle order modifications, cancellations, remakes, resizing and repairs.

- Coordinate final QC, packing, dispatch documents and delivery.

- MIS & Reporting

- Maintain the order register, pending order report, delivery TAT and casting loss/rejection reports.

- Highlight recurring bottlenecks to management and suggest process improvements.
