Role Overview We are seeking a Senior MFCS Development Consultant with strong Oracle Retail Merchandising expertise to support implementation, development, enhancement, and deployment activities. The consultant will work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust solutions across the Oracle Retail landscape.

Required Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the implementation, development, and enhancement of Oracle Retail Merchandising applications, including MFCS, RMS, RPM, ReSA, and ReIM.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Retail MFCS implementation is mandatory.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into functional and technical designs and driving them through development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and practices is mandatory.
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle APEX development, REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB concepts, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams to validate business requirements, system configurations, and solution designs.





Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions with primary focus on MFCS and related applications.
- Convert approved business requirements into functional/technical designs and support development through deployment.
- Build and support integrations using REST APIs, Kafka, Middleware/ESB, JSON/XML, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Perform PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, and Oracle APEX development as required by the solution.
- Use AI-assisted development practices where applicable and collaborate with cross-functional teams for validation and delivery.
