About the Role

We are looking for experienced Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Consultants who can work as an independent contributor and contribute to a full-fledged developer pod for rapid project deployment.

The role involves working in a fast-paced financial services setting, supporting enterprise tax reporting, compliance, implementation, enhancements, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle TRCS for enterprise tax reporting requirements
- Work closely with Tax and Finance stakeholders to understand reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Support tax provisioning, reporting, and compliance processes using Oracle TRCS
- Perform data integration, validation, and reconciliation within TRCS
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to meet delivery timelines




- Support enhancements, upgrades, and change requests related to Oracle TRCS

• Work independently and contribute effectively to project delivery

Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Oracle TRCS

Valuable understanding of Oracle EPM technologies

Experience with FCCS / ARCS / Financial Reporting is an added advantage

Strong understanding of Tax Reporting and Compliance processes

Experience working with large enterprise clients, preferably in Banking / Financial Services

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in an urgent delivery workplace

Good to Have

- Experience supporting Goldman Sachs or similar Tier-1 investment banks
- Exposure to global tax reporting and compliance frameworks

• Experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive financial services projects
