Role Description The Oracle Fusion HCM AMS Consultant contract role is a remote position focused on providing ongoing application management support for Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, configuring and optimizing HCM modules, and managing enhancements and change requests in alignment with client requirements.

The consultant will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business processes, recommend best practices, and support releases, testing, and integrations. The role also involves creating documentation,



training materials, and knowledge transfer content to help client teams effectively use Oracle Fusion HCM.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management and Human Capital, particularly with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience working with Human Resources (HR) processes, policies, and systems, including core HR operations.
- Experience with Core HR, Recruiting Cloud, Learn Cloud, HR Helpdesk.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and configuration within HCM systems.
- Consulting skills, including client communication, requirements gathering, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM AMS or similar enterprise HCM platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, propose practical solutions, and manage multiple client requests remotely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document configurations and procedures clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Oracle HCM are a plus.
