Working Days: Monday Friday

Job Timing: Dayshift

1.) If they are comfortable with 48 days WFH throughout the year.

2.) Woking hours will be 10 am to 7 pm OR 11 am to 8 pm (depending upon their project)

3.) There is no cab facility provided by the company so will they be comfortable traveling to HSR Layout office on their own?

- Should have around 5+ years of experience in core Oracle Fusion Finance Applications Modules - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Tax.
- 5 to 8 years of IT industry work experience including finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications and/or other major ERP systems.
- Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio.
- Interact with end-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.
- Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of the application and help enhance application functionality.
- Responsible for understanding the current process, identifying, and delivering service improvements.
- Configure new organizational structures whenever required.
- Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.




- Maintain and improve system interfaces between key applications.
- Support the change management process to manage patch applications and configuration changes.
- Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.
- Support new ERP or business unit initiatives and projects, including new functionality, process improvements, or migration of recent business units onto the system.

Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory.
- Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner to end users and senior management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. The candidate should have at least 4.5 years of relevant experience in Fusion Finance.
2. The candidate should have worked as a Functional Consultant, not as an end user.
3. The candidate should be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
4. The candidate should have experience in both Implementation and Support projects.
