Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced EPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, specifically Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional finance knowledge and technical implementation expertise to design, develop, support, and optimize EPM solutions for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close management processes.

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Budgeting & Workforce Planning
- Financial Consolidation & Close
- Management & Statutory Reporting
- Conduct requirement workshops with Finance, Controllership, FP&A;, and Business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.
- Provide process improvement recommendations for planning and close cycles.
- Support periodic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Technical Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud applications including:

- EPBCS

- FCCS

- Narrative Reporting

- Develop and maintain

- Business Rules

- Calculation Scripts

- Data Forms

- Dashboards

- Reports

- Smart View Templates
- Configure metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, security, and workflow processes.
- Develop data integration solutions using:

- Data Management (FDMEE)

- Data Exchange

- EPM Automate

- REST APIs
- Manage month-end consolidation and close processes within FCCS.
- Build and automate management reports and board presentations through Narrative Reporting.
- Perform application testing, migration, deployment, and production support.





Support & Governance

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide application support.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Develop technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure adherence to EPM governance, security, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 6+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience.
- At least 2 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
