Job Location:Chennai

Work Model: 5 days work from office.

Required Skills:

Relevant experience in SOX controls, internal controls, internal audit, external audit, risk assurance or quality assurance within GBS, shared services, a multinational organization or qualified services.

- Demonstrated experience executing and documenting SOX control testing and working with control owners and audit stakeholders.
- Experience assessing control exceptions, supporting root cause analysis, tracking remediation and performing closure retesting.

Strong knowledge of risk and control matrices, control objectives, key controls, financial statement assertions, evidence standards and deficiency concepts.
- Practical capability in sampling, population validation, test execution, workpaper documentation,



exception evaluation and remediation retesting.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash; understanding of HR or cross-functional controls affecting financial reporting is advantageous.

The selected candidate will be employed on EY Payroll (Fixed Term Employment) for an initial period of 3 years and will work as part of the client's Global Capability Center (GCC) organization.
