We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and sales-oriented Optometrist cum Salesperson to join our current premium Zeiss Vision Center at Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Optometry
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and accurate refraction.
- Perform subjective and objective refraction.
- Understand and explain customers' prescriptions clearly.
- Recommend suitable lens solutions based on customer requirements.
- Provide professional guidance on lens options, coatings and visual solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and prescription records.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Assist customers in selecting frames and eyewear based on their requirements.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable frames and lens solutions.
- Explain premium brands,
lens technologies and product features.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from eye testing to order delivery.
- Maintain excellent product presentation and store standards.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Optom / Diploma in Optometry or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–5 years preferred in optical retail.
- Experience in optical sales and customer handling will be an advantage.
