Job Purpose

Operate block cutter machine for cutting marble blocks as per specifications. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring optimum productivity, quality, safety, equipment care and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

· Operate assigned machine/equipment as per SOP.

· Achieve daily production targets.

· Maintain required quality standards.

· Perform routine machine inspection and basic preventive maintenance.

· Minimize downtime and material wastage.

· Maintain production and maintenance records.

· Follow PPE, EHS and 5S standards.

· Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Production teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

· Production target achievement ≥95%

· Machine utilization ≥90%

· Quality acceptance ≥98%

· Material wastage within standards

· 100% preventive maintenance compliance

· Zero safety violations

· 100% documentation accuracy

Educational Qualification

· ITI/Diploma preferred.

· SSC/HSC with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in marble, granite or natural stone manufacturing.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
