Job Summary:

Cameo Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Team Leader to manage our Outbound Retention Process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in BPO operations, team handling, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and supervise a team handling outbound retention activities.
- Drive team performance against productivity, quality, and business targets.
- Monitor daily performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure adherence to process, quality, and operational guidelines.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
- Prepare and track daily/weekly performance reports and key operational metrics.




- Motivate the team and ensure achievement of retention and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in BPO Outbound Operations.
- Prior experience in Customer Retention / Win-Back / Customer Engagement is preferred.
- Experience in team handling and people management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong focus on productivity and performance.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced BPO environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
