Role Description The Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, including processing housing finance applications, coordinating documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Operations

Specialist will support branch teams, track loan disbursements, monitor workflow efficiency, and assist in resolving operational issues. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting internal audits, collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding,



and contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to review loan applications, assess risks, and interpret operational data.
